After scheduling our initial meeting, I will provide an Initial Client Intake and Health Goals form (estimate 45 minutes of your time to complete it), along with a 5- to 7-day Food Journal template (you will make notes over this period of time). I ask that these completed forms are returned to me at least 3 days in advance of our scheduled Intake meeting to allow for a thorough response on my part. At the session, we will cover your medical and symptoms history and explore other observations you and I may have. You will receive my Nutritional Analysis based on your food journal, which will begin to explore food suggestions to balance nutrient deficiencies or potential excesses that may be contributing to your symptoms. This full session sets the stage for moving forward to meet your unique (“bio-individual”) needs. Several follow-up sessions are suggested for working at a pace that is comfortable for you, and to allow for additional education, resources, and strategies.
